The General Services Administration is seeking a cybersecurity expert to serve as an IT program manager for the Technology Modernization Fund program office.
The opening, which was posted at the GS-15 level on USAJobs, is a reflection of the increasing importance of cybersecurity in projects paid for out of the $1 billion-plus no-year revolving fund authorized by the Modernizing Government Technology Act.
The successful applicant will serve “as a respected authority and spokesperson on a diverse range of high-level cybersecurity issues” in briefings to colleagues and senior administration officials, as well as the TMF Board.
