The General Services Administration’s Common Acquisition Platform program will launch a shared-services contract-writing system for federal agencies in the third quarter of 2017.
The cloud-based Contract Writing System as a Service (CWSS), which GSA announced on Nov. 15, will offer federal agencies a contract writing and administration solution through an interagency agreement with GSA. The goals are to reduce costs for agencies and integrate with financial shared-services providers.
