The Preventing Organizational Conflicts of Interest in Federal Acquisition Act was introduced by Sens. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.), and Joni Ernst (R-Iowa).
