Big data has exploded in a way that has left companies unable to find enough qualified candidates to hire, and schools can’t churn out skilled data scientists fast enough. Up until now, boot camps have helped fill the data skills gap and plenty of colleges and universities have created master’s programs in this burgeoning field.
