Government efforts to increase citizen engagement digitally seem to be paying off, according to a new survey.
Adobe’s Digital Government Survey found that 95 percent of respondents said they interact with the government online more than or as much as they did last year, infographics on this blog post show. Maybe that’s just because 78 percent of respondents said it’s frustrating to interact with government in person or on the phone; 90 percent said interacting with government online saves time and energy.
In the national online survey, Adobe asked about federal, state and local governments. It got more than 1,000 respondents. The initial findings were released Oct. 21 with more on the way in coming weeks.
